The provenance and artisanal qualities of Gresado products are warranted by 40 years experience in supplying top chefs and restaurants in London through its parent company, De Bono. Gresado’s consulting chef is Ben Tish, of Salt Yard fame. Ben has made unique recommendations for specialist ingredients from the Gresado ranges.

To launch the Mediterranean inspired Gresado range online, appealing to chefs and serious cooks. Establish Gresado as an expert gourmet food website.
Approach
To Market created:
- A fully optimised, mobile-friendly website with shopping cart providing orders direct to the warehouse, copywriting, original photography and a curated blog.
- Set up of social media channels and full management. Liaison with top chefs, food influencers, gourmet food networks and publications.
- Created a 12 month programme of promotional activity, liaising with key press to gain editorial coverage. Articles secured in Good Things magazine, for example.
- Engaged with key food bloggers to run promotional competitions, taste testing. Successful collaboration with 3 key bloggers for reader competitions, product reviews and banner and panel advertising.
- Liaised with popular chef Ben Tish (MD of The Salt Yard Group of restaurants) using the Gresado range of products for new recipes including delivery of photography and cross promotion with the Salt Yard Group PR company.
