North London Credit Union
North London Credit Union is a not–for-profit financial co-operative established in 1994. It is owned and controlled by its members, managed and staffed by local people and has a strong voluntary element.

North London Credit Union wanted to create a programme of regular communications going to its membership to include statutory information plus marketing information for its various savings and loans products and to attract potential new members. Additionally, North London Credit Union wanted to work with a company who would understand the challenges of implementing digital transformation.
To Market has worked with North London Credit Union since 2017, devising and executing a rolling marketing plan which is reviewed on a regular basis and includes the following:
- Support regarding the website and liaison with the company’s web designer in regard to digital transformation
- Creation and delivery of a schedule of marketing activity to attract new borrowers and savers
- Content and design of a schedule of regular email marketing to its membership with agreed seasonal themes and issues
- Management of all social activity with a focus on being present in operational areas, local networks and communities
- Suggest content and, where required, delivery for blog posting
- Ongoing liaison regarding the marketing content and delivery of communications regarding GDPR
- A consistent volume of enquiries regarding new accounts, savings and borrowing
- Twitter, Facebook, Linked In social pages active, responsive and engaged
- Steady growth of email marketing contacts list with an average 65% open rate
