I am an Executive, Career and Business Coach, Speaker, Writer and Facilitator. Known as The Coach for High Achieving Introverted Women, I coach my clients to be influential and impactful leaders.
I deliver coaching via video conferencing with the option of face to face in London. Technology means I work globally and I currently have women taking part in my group programme from the UK, US, Australia, Africa, France, Switzerland, and Brussels.
I have provided coaching, training and talks to the Greater London Authority, Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays, Asurion, DHSS, NHS England, NHS London, Westminster City Council, Crown Prosecution Service, Metropolitan Police Service, London Borough of Croydon, London Borough of Waltham Forest, London Borough of Lambeth, Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales, National Association of African Americans in Human Resources and more, as well as private clients.
My clients have secured positions such as Chief Operating Officer; Head of Learning and Organisational Development; Director; leadership roles in other organisations; have been promoted; career change; overcome stress; improved self-confidence; overcome imposter syndrome; achieved peak performance; become confident at public speaking; and more.
Most of my clients come to me via LinkedIn. I publish a lot of articles on LinkedIn that address issues and challenges my client group face and was named a LinkedIn Top Voice UK for 2017, 2018 and 2019. I also get clients through public speaking and referrals.
I published my first book, Quietly Visible: Leading With Influence and Impact as an Introverted Woman in January this year. It was listed as one of the 10 best self development books to read during lockdown by BeYourOwn. My plans are to continue raising awareness about the unfavourable bias towards introversion that exists, as well as providing coaching and programmes for introverted women leaders.
I first encountered To Market in 2012 when I met Jo not long after starting my business. I joined her Waltham Forest Women in Business network. That was the first business networking group I joined. I had coaching with her (she was also the first coach I had for my business) which was valuable as someone just starting out. Those sessions helped me to structure my business and lay the foundations which have seen me grow from strength to strength.
